Not the right fit? Return unused parts within 30 days for a full refund — no restocking fees.

30-Day Return Window

You can return most unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Electrical components (sensors, coils, modules) must be uninstalled and untested to qualify, as testing can trip internal fault codes that void the return.

Email support@zumaparts.com or call (800) 974-0304 with your order number and reason for return.

Get Your Return Authorization

We'll email a prepaid return label and RMA number within 1 business day.

Pack & Ship

Repackage the part in its original box with all included hardware, and attach the provided label.

Receive Your Refund

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

What's Covered

  • Wrong-fit parts confirmed against your vehicle's year, make, and model
  • Damaged or defective items (no restocking fee, prepaid label included)
  • Unused, unopened parts within 30 days of delivery

What's Not Covered

  • Parts that have been installed, tested, or show signs of use
  • Custom-painted or made-to-order items
  • Electrical parts with cleared or reset fault codes
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Need a different size, side, or trim level? Let us know when you request your return — we'll ship the correct part as soon as we receive tracking confirmation on your original return, so you're not left waiting for the refund to process first.
